This stunning 2 story home, is now a glamorous residence for two. The front courtyard was re-modelled incorporating existing pavers allowing the owners to relax on a warm winters afternoon. This area is accessible through the new french doors that were installed into the reading room. From the moment you enter the foyer, a cut crystal pendant light from Coco Republic shimmers onto the deep rich paint tones, used to capture a sophisticated and mature tone. The walls were painted with Resene Half Nullarbor and Resene Gravel. Custom made joinery by Innode, located at Tumbulgum, from American Cherry fit snugly into the existing niches. Handpicked furniture from various local suppliers scatter the home beautifully. Caeser stone replaces the existing laminate bench top spilling out onto the new Bbq servery. The new timber lined ceilings are now a feature and talking point to the exterior of the home.
