Harbour Quays, residential – home Styling

The property developer of this contemporary 2 story duplex located on the beautiful fresh water canals at Harbour Quays at Northern end of the Gold Coast required all furniture to be selected and installed within four weeks. A budget was established and using Urban Sofa Gallery, a home wares and furniture store located at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, THALASSA utilized and passed on the designer discounts that were given to THALASSA allowing more furniture and accessories to be purchased to fit the allocated budget.

The colour palette for this 2 story duplex comprised of crisp whites, sharp charcoals and blacks to the ground floor, and rich rich autumn colours to the first floor.
